- The front desk is open 9:00 AM-5:00 PM daily. Guests that are planning to arrive after normal front desk hours must use the phone located outside the front desk and dial 855-4944 to receive a code to a lock box with keys to the unit.
- All guests must notify this property in advance of their anticipated arrival time. Please note that guests planning to arrive outside check-in hours, and those wishing to arrange early check-in, must contact the property 24 hours in advance and will be subject to a fee.
- Check-in for the property is based at a different location, at the Mauna Lani Terrace located at 68-1399 Mauna Lani Drive, Kamuela, Hawaii. The office is to the left of the entrance gate and gate entry is not required.
- Late-arriving guests will find an after-hours check-in box to the right of the check-in office door. The box contains a phone from which guests can call an answering service and receive a combination to open a lock box below. The lock box contains instructions for accessing guest accommodations. For more information please contact the property using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
