Don't let the cold weather keep you from enjoying the hot tub – it's indoors.

Park City Golf Course is a 6 minute drive away – just toss your clubs in the car and go.
Tucked inside the Prospector Neighborhood, Park Plaza Resort is an easy shuttle ride to the slopes at Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons. Once everyone’s properly layered up, do one last glove and goggle check, stuff some energy bars and hand warmers in your pockets and head out. There’s a morning coffee shop onsite if you need a cup to-go before boarding the mountain-bound bus. Upon your grand return, reward the kids for a day well-skied (or shredded, as the case may be), and make your way to the indoor pool. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, if you can muster the motivation. Or skip it and head straight for the hot tub or sauna. Pencil in the weekly onsite mixer events like Mexican Fiesta Night or the Wine and Cheese Party. And it won’t take the kids long to find their way to the game room, equipped with Wii and Xbox gaming consoles. (It may take their favorite dinner to convince them to head back to the condo). Summer and shoulder seasons are the perfect opportunity to work your magic on the patio grills – and if it’s nice enough, you can commandeer the outdoor tables for your evening feast.
Welcoming, traditionally-furnished condos are 280 to 1100 square feet and sleep two to eight guests. Junior Studios feature kitchenettes, and all other condos have full kitchens (because full-fridge trumps mini-fridge any day of the week). The living area has plenty of space for the kids and all their toys, blankets, books and games. And flat screen TVs and DVD players mean family movie night is most definitely happening. Take the kids with you to the front desk to peruse the impressive DVD collection, and let them take turns as official Movie-Chooser. If the grownups are feeling a night out, Park Plaza offers in-room child care.
For the shoppers and diners among you, Park City’s historic Victorian-style Main Street is just a five-minute drive. For the more adventuresome in your crew, Utah Olympic Park is about the same distance and offers adrenaline rushes year-round. Compete for fastest times down the alpine slide (18 banked turns!). On your non-mountain days, try dogsledding or snowmobiling. Or keep it low-key with snowshoeing or cross-country skiing. Summer’s full of farmers markets and concerts, plus renowned annual events like Deer Valley Music Festival, Kimball Arts Festival and Savor the Summit. Golfers can be swinging the clubs at either Park City Golf Club or Park Meadow Country Club in a matter of minutes. And Jordanelle State Park is also nearby, perfect for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding.
