Whether you’re looking for a relaxing resort getaway or an exciting family ski trip (how about a bit of both?), Hotel Park City has you covered. With all the charm of an old school ski lodge and the luxuries of a modern resort, it’s no wonder this four diamond property was named a Top Ski Hotel by Condé Nast Traveler (among other accolades). Upon entering the lobby you’ll feel transported to an Old World mountain lodge. While checking in admire towering wood-beam ceilings and stately furniture - a preview of what’s to come. When you arrive at your high-end yet homey suite, your crew will start commending you on lodgings well-chosen! Fuel up in the morning with a hot breakfast at the Bandanas Grill before heading for the slopes. Any of the three bases that span the six-mile wide ski area are just a short drive (or complimentary shuttle ride!) away. Head to Canyons Village for a low-key powder day, or explore Olympic-level runs at its sister village Park City Base - for a more boutique experience make your way to Deer Valley Resort, ranked #1 in customer service by SKI Magazine. At the end of a day well-skied mosey back to Hotel Park City to discuss dinner options with the crew. In-suite kitchens give you the option of home-cooking, but if you’re just not feeling it (hey, you’re on vacation) head downstairs to Ruth’s Chris Steak House for a hearty meal. Back in your suite swap snow jackets for swimsuits and grab a plush terry robe before heading to the hot tub for a traditional aprés soak. After a few days of going hard on the slopes, be sure to set aside an afternoon for recouping/pampering at the onsite spa!
Every woodsy-chic suite at Hotel Park City is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchens and en suite washer/dryer lend the comforts of home, while a cozy stone hearth fireplace and luxe leather sofas (one of them a handy Queen pull-out) add Old World elegance. Sunny living areas with flat screen TVs and Bose surround sound make the perfect setting for kicking back with the crew - open up the doors to your private balcony to let in some of that fresh mountain air (weather permitting). Studio-like Executive Suites feature an intimate lofted bedroom area, making them perfect for couples’ trips and smaller crews. For private master bedrooms and some extra space book an Executive or Luxury Cottage. The best perk with the Cottages? A private outdoor hot tub!
If there’s some non-riders in your crew, no worries - they’re going to love Park City too! There’s much more to this quaint mountain town than rad skiing. The Mountain Resort offers up classic wintery activities like snowshoeing, sleigh rides and snowmobile tours, plus off-slope excitement like the Alpine Coaster and Flying Eagle Zip Line. Take a break from the ski resorts and spend an afternoon with your crew at the nearby Utah Olympic Park and explore rope courses, freestyle sessions, tubing (year round!) - maybe even catch a bobsled tournament!
