Minimum check-in age is 21.
If you plan on arriving after 5pm, please call our office during business hours at (239) 472-4497. Your unit key will be left in the lock box at the bottom of the office stairs. There is a map of the property located on the door inside the box. Please come to the office the following morning to receive extra keys, beach towels and finish the check in process.<br>

A $200 security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to a room inspection and any incidental charges. <br>
No Smoking, No Pets, Maximum 6 guests per condo
