What is a Guest-to-Guest Deals listing?
They are deeply discounted, non-refundable reservations offered by guests who are no longer able to make their trip.
How do I book?
Contact our Guest Care team by phone (855) 858-3950 or text (415) 992-9884. Vacatia handles all the details - from changing the name on the reservation, confirming the change with the resort and sending you a booking confirmation for your records. You do not have to speak to the original guest on the reservation.
How much do I save?
On average, you will save 30% or more off published rates. Guest Care will always check the lowest published rate and confirm your savings prior to booking. If the resort is fully booked, a Guest-to-Guest Deals listing is the only way to secure a reservation for the listed dates.
Can I use part of the reservation?
You can check-in later or depart earlier than the reservation you purchase via Guest-to-Guest Deals. Please let us know and we'll make sure to coordinate with the resort. Your total cost will not change, regardless if you partially use the reservation.
