Hearthstone sells a 1/8 deeded interest that does not expire, and can be sold, willed or gifted. Owners are entitled to a minimum of 40 nights per year. The weeks are sold as floating weeks and owners receive two planned one-week vacations during Summer/Fall season, two planned one-week vacations during Winter/Spring season, two three-night vacations during Summer/Fall season, and two three-night vacations during Winter /Spring season. The property is affiliated with The Registry Collection which allows owners to exchange/stay at some of the most desirable locations in the world, including the Caribbean, Asia, Europe, and Mexico. Hearthstone is situated on the shores of Payette Lake in McCall Idaho, and offers year-round recreation, and four distinct seasons.
The property is located near the Tamarack and Brundage Mountain ski resorts and surrounded by majestic mountains. Owners have access to full-concierge services and use of the amenities at Spring Mountain Ranch, including fitness center, tennis, spa services, pool, and ranch house. The fractional homes are located adjacent to the Cedar Nine of the McCall Golf Course and feature quality finishes and amenities, including granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, custom-made cabinets and soak tub in master bathroom.
The Hearthstone reservation procedures have been carefully formulated to ensure that owners have access to their vacation homes, including vacation time at major holidays. Owners purchase a 1/8 share, entitling them to a minimum of 40 nights per year. In order to ensure the most equitable scheduling, owners receive two planned one-week vacations during the Summer/Fall season, two planned one-week vacations during the Winter/Spring season, two three-night vacations during the Summer/Fall season, and two three-night vacations during the Winter/Spring season. Each one-week vacation is for a maximum of seven nights with arrivals and departures on Friday. Each short-stay vacation can be for a maximum of three nights.
