Who We Are
Vacatia is a fast-growing hospitality company redefining how independent resorts operate. Founded in 2013, we’ve evolved from a vacation rental marketplace into a full-service organization specializing in resort management, vacation rentals, timeshare sales, owner services, and guest experience.
Today, our 2,500 associates support nearly 60 resorts across top destinations including Las Vegas, Orlando, South Florida, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, New England, Scottsdale, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our team is united by a shared commitment to exceptional hospitality, whether serving guests at the front desk, supporting owners in customer care, maintaining our resorts, or leading teams across sales, marketing, operations, and corporate services.
