You agree to pay Vacatia a Platform Fee after your interest is sold.
Platform fee is $500 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $0 to $5,000.
Platform fee is $750 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $5,000.01 and $10,000.
Platform fee is $1,250 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $10,000.01 and $15,000.
Platform fee is $2,000 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $15,000.01 and $25,000.

You represent that you are legally authorized to post the interest for sale on Vacatia.

On Vacatia, you don’t pay us a fee until you sell your vacation ownership interest through our website.
