Platform fee is $500 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $0 to $5,000.
Platform fee is $750 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $5,000.01 and $10,000.
Platform fee is $1,250 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $10,000.01 and $15,000.
Platform fee is $2,000 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $15,000.01 and $25,000.

On Vacatia, you don’t pay us a fee until you sell your vacation ownership interest through our website. As such, you may take down your advertisement at any time prior to accepting an offer to purchase, and not pay us any fee at all. Certain states now require all advertising platforms to notify consumers that they have the right to cancel their contract for any reason within ten (10) days (or less) after the date you sign it.
