Important Notices
Special Ticketed Events:
The shuttle serves regular theme park operating hours but doesn't provide transportation to special ticketed events like Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party® or Not So Scary Halloween®. (But we'll get you there for all your regular park days!)
Groups of 10+:
Planning a big group adventure? Groups larger than 10 should notify our front desk at least 24 hours in advance so we can do our best to accommodate everyone. If we're unable to fit your group on the shuttle, our team can help you arrange alternative transportation through Platinum Transportation Inc.
Departure Timing:
The shuttle leaves right on schedule to keep everyone on track for their park day. Please arrive at the shuttle stop at least 10 minutes before departure. Our drivers stay with the bus, so be sure to head directly to the stop rather than waiting in the lobby.
Seating:
Seating is first-come, first-served and space is limited. Standing room may be available during busy times.
ADA Accommodations:
Guests using manual or electric wheelchairs are welcome aboard with 24 hours advance notice.
What to Bring (and Leave Behind):
Please bring your suite key or voucher to show the driver before boarding. To keep everyone comfortable, smoking, food, and beverages aren't permitted on the shuttle. We also can't accommodate luggage, mobility scooters, recreational scooters, or other large items. Single umbrella-style strollers are welcome aboard.
If You Miss Your Ride:
The shuttle keeps to a tight schedule to get everyone where they need to be on time. If you miss your pickup, we're unable to offer reimbursements. If the shuttle is running more than 20 minutes late, please contact the dispatcher for assistance.
Items Left Behind:
Please double-check your seats before you leave. Platinum Transportation Inc. isn't responsible for personal items left on the shuttle.
Flexible Drop-Off Locations:
Weather, traffic, special events, or road conditions may occasionally require our drivers to adjust drop-off locations to alternative Disney World parks. If this happens, you can easily transfer to your original destination using Disney's complimentary buses, monorail, or ferry boats. Pick-up locations always remain as scheduled.
