The Caribbean-themed boutique Silver Lake Resort is one of the few non-Disney resorts that is located within the gates of Walt Disney World® and less than a mile from Animal Kingdom®. There are three outdoor heated pools to choose from, including the lagoon-style main pool, which features an island in the middle populated with palm trees and a children’s pool. Grab a tropical drink from the poolside cabana bar to cool yourself down in the warm Florida sunshine. For a little bit of exercise, head to the fitness center. There’s also tennis and basketball courts for some healthy competition with family and friends. In the afternoons you can all gather ‘round the picnic area for a cookout on the charcoal BBQ grills. Individually decorated one- and two-bedroom condos sleep four to six guests.
