How far in advance can I make a reservation with my Vacatia Points?
You can make reservations for stays using Vacatia Points up to 12 months in advance, based on availability.
When do my Vacatia Points expire?
Vacatia Points expire at the sooner of 3 years from their issue date or expiration of your subscription. Your unused points automatically rollover when you renew your subscription.
Can I purchase more Vacatia Points?
If you need more Vacatia Points to complete a reservation, you can purchase them during the booking process. You can also buy more points by calling Customer Care at (855) 858-3950.
Can I share my Vacatia Points with someone else?
Yes! Share your Vacatia Points with friends and family and book reservations in their name for no additional fee.
Can I use my Vacatia Points to book a resort in the Interval Network?
Only VacatiaPLUS premium subscribers can use their Vacatia Points to book trips in the Interval Network.
Are there any other fees when using my Vacatia Points?
No fees! You do not have to pay resort fees, cleaning fees, exchange fees, transfer fees or any other fees that are charged to non-members. While not typical, some resorts in the Interval Network may charge a fee upon check-in.
Are Vacatia Points only eligible for weekly stays?
No! Vacatia Points can be used for weekly stays, shorter than a week stays or longer than a week. Point charts shown illustrate the Vacatia Points required for a week stay. Nightly rates are derived from the weekly values at each resort.
Who is Interval International?
Our partner, Interval International, operates an exchange program designed primarily for timeshare resort owners to trade their time with each other. VacatiaPLUS subscribers have access to travel benefits offered in an Interval International program called Leisure Time Passport provided by Worldwide Vacation & Travel. VacatiaPLUS premium subscribers enjoy all of the benefits of Leisure Time Passport plus can book resort trips in the Interval Network using Vacatia Points, receive exclusive member only promotions and all benefits provided through Interval International’s Platinum membership.
What is Interval Platinum?
Interval Platinum benefits include use of Vacatia Points to stay at any of the 3,200 properties in the Interval Network without paying an exchange fee, access to deeply discounted last-minute trips called Platinum Escapes, and much more. You will be provided a login to your complimentary Interval Platinum membership within 24 hours from signing up for VacatiaPLUS.

What is Leisure Time Passport?
Leisure Time Passport benefits include access to deeply discounted weeklong resort vacations called Getaways, member-only rates for cruises, hotels, and more. You will be provided a login to your complimentary Leisure Time Passport membership within 24 hours from signing up for VacatiaPLUS.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund of Vacatia Points back into your account. Reservations cancelled inside 7 days before check-in will receive 50% of the Vacatia Points value of the booking. Please note, any reservation at a preferred VIP resort for 2021 can be cancelled for a full refund of Vacatia Points up to 1 day before check-in. Vacatia Points will be automatically deposited back into your account.
Vacatia Point reservations at a resort in the Interval Network can be cancelled greater than 60 days before check-in for a full refund of the Vacatia Point value of the booking. Reservations cancelled 31-60 days before check-in will receive 75% of the value of the booking. Reservations 14-30 days prior to check-in will receive 50% of the value of the booking. Reservations cancelled 7-14 days before check-in will receive 25% of the value of the booking. No refund will be provided for reservations in the Interval Network cancelled inside 7 days of check-in.
When you search for vacations with your Vacatia Points, if the rental price is less than the equivalent rental rate discounted by 20%, you will pay fewer points. The new point value is automatically applied ensuring you receive your discount.
If I have an activation code, how do I activate my subscription?
If you prepaid for your subscription membership, you must activate it prior to the expiration date of the activation code. To complete the activation, you need to select your initial Vacatia Points bundle. You will see a credit for your previously paid subscription fee in the check-out process.
Can I purchase additional Vacatia Points?
You can purchase additional Vacatia Points at any time. Each allotment purchased will be added to the Vacatia Point balance of your membership and expire the sooner of 3 years from the purchase date or expiration of your subscription.
Do I have to purchase Vacatia Points to renew my subscription?
No! You can renew your subscription for $99 each year with no requirement to purchase additional points. Premium members renew their subscription for $399.
Can I pay a monthly fee for my subscription?
We offer flexible payment plans. Our FlexPay program lets you pay in 2, 3 or 4 interest-free payments for your initial enrollment and any future point allotment purchase. You can also apply for monthly financing with our partner, Uplift.
Is VacatiaPLUS subscription a timeshare?
No. While your annual subscription gives you access to stay at quality timeshare resorts, VacatiaPLUS is not a timeshare ownership program.

How do I receive my VIP privileges?
Upon enrollment and each renewal of your subscription, you will have the option to select your preferred VIP resort. Each preferred VIP resort offers unique VIP privileges you will enjoy throughout the year. We will make sure your VIP privileges are provided to you when you check-in and if the VIP privileges at your selected resort can be used before you check-in (such as day use of resort amenities even when you are not staying at the resort), we will send you instructions by email how to access your member-only privileges.
Do I have to select a preferred VIP resort?
Each subscription year, you will have the option to select a Vacatia preferred VIP resort to receive VIP privileges at no cost to you. Not interested in choosing a resort, no problem, just book resorts at when you want, where you want.
What is a Dream Vacation Week?
One of your VIP privileges may be a Dream Vacation Week which is a vacation certificate for a discount 7-night stay in condo-style accommodations at a low fixed price based on unit size selected, in more than 80 popular destinations worldwide. Instructions how to redeem your certificate will be sent to you by email.
