Scottsdale Links Resort by Diamond Resorts is a peaceful family resort, right next door to TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course. Avid tennis players should bring their racquets for a game on the resort’s courts. Lounge in the shade of the palm trees by the pool or hop into one of the two hot tubs for a soothing soak. You have two pools to choose from, a family pool and an adult pool. Little ones will love the splash pad. There’s a BBQ area, perfect for a family cookout. Stay in shape in the fitness center or indulge in a massage, provided by the resort. Young kids will appreciate the on-site children’s playground and the whole family can face off in a game of lawn croquet.
One- to three-bedroom condos sleep four to eight guests. Air conditioned units allow you to escape the Arizona heat. All condos have full kitchens because sometimes a mini fridge just doesn't cut it. The kids will be begging to help make your famous chocolate-chip cookies (and be the official taste testers). When the eggs and flour decide to go rogue, you’ll be thankful for the in-suite washer/dryer. Throw in a load of laundry while the cookies are baking. Up for a low-key night in? TVs with Cable and DVD players have you covered. Bring favorite movies from home, or browse the selection of DVD rentals at the resort. Grab the cookies, pop some popcorn and call everyone into the living room for family movie night. First kid on the couch gets to pick the movie!
The resort’s concierge will quickly become your new best friend, offering restaurant recommendations, information on local attractions and help arranging tee times. With all of the golfers in your crew, it shouldn’t be too hard to gather a foursome willing to disappear for a few hours of friendly competition at TPC Scottsdale Champions Golf Course. Get ready to shop until you drop at Kierland Commons Mall; it’s just a ten-minute drive from Scottsdale Links Resort by Diamond Resorts. Here you will find a variety of shopping and dining options. Brands include Banana Republic, Lucky, Coach and Vera Bradley. Treat yourself to a new pair of shades at Solstice Sunglasses. When you get hungry, there’s Shake Shack, The Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang’s. Get your caffeine fix at Starbucks. Baseball fan? Head to Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, the Spring Training home of the Colorado Rockies and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Seller Agreement
Please read the Seller Fee Payment and Participation Agreement in entirety, particularly the following provisions:
You agree to pay Vacatia a Platform Fee after your interest is sold.
Platform fee is $500 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $0 to $5,000.
Platform fee is $750 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $5,000.01 and $10,000.
Platform fee is $1,250 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $10,000.01 and $15,000.
Platform fee is $2,000 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $15,000.01 and $25,000.
For platform fees above $25,001, please refer to the Seller Agreement.
You represent that you are legally authorized to post the interest for sale on Vacatia.
You agree to accurately describe your interest for sale to prospective buyers.
On Vacatia, you don’t pay us a fee until you sell your vacation ownership interest through our website. As such, you may take down your advertisement at any time prior to accepting an offer to purchase, and not pay us any fee at all. Certain states now require all advertising platforms to notify consumers that they have the right to cancel their contract for any reason within ten (10) days (or less) after the date you sign it. We have incorporated such language into our contract for all consumers. Please read the full contract for details regarding your rescission rights. Please keep in mind, however, that even after the ten (10) day rescission period, you can always terminate your relationship with us by simply notifying us in writing as set forth more fully in the agreement.
