Platform fee is $500 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $0 to $5,000.
Platform fee is $750 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $5,000.01 and $10,000.
Platform fee is $1,250 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $10,000.01 and $15,000.
Platform fee is $2,000 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $15,000.01 and $25,000.
For platform fees above $25,001, please refer to the Seller Agreement.
You represent that you are legally authorized to post the interest for sale on Vacatia.
You agree to accurately describe your interest for sale to prospective buyers.
On Vacatia, you don’t pay us a fee until you sell your vacation ownership interest through our website. As such, you may take down your advertisement at any time prior to accepting an offer to purchase, and not pay us any fee at all. Certain states now require all advertising platforms to notify consumers that they have the right to cancel their contract for any reason within ten (10) days (or less) after the date you sign it. We have incorporated such language into our contract for all consumers. Please read the full contract for details regarding your rescission rights. Please keep in mind, however, that even after the ten (10) day rescission period, you can always terminate your relationship with us by simply notifying us in writing as set forth more fully in the agreement.
