Platform fee is $500 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $0 to $5,000.
Platform fee is $750 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $5,000.01 and $10,000.
Platform fee is $1,250 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $10,000.01 and $15,000.
Platform fee is $2,000 for any vacation ownership interest which sells for a price between $15,000.01 and $25,000.
For platform fees above $25,001, please refer to the Seller Agreement.
You represent that you are legally authorized to post the interest for sale on Vacatia.

On Vacatia, you don’t pay us a fee until you sell your vacation ownership interest through our website. As such, you may take down your advertisement at any time prior to accepting an offer to purchase, and not pay us any fee at all.
